STEP 1:

Step One: Anchor

If you are anchoring to an existing anchor point like an railing, banister or fence: Use the stretchy long balloon included in your hanging kit to loop around the center point of the garland. Tie the long balloon in a knot

If you are using a command hook: Use the long stretchy balloon (included) to create a balloon bracelet to create an anchor point. Tie a knot around the command hook

STEP 2:

Step Two: Attach and Secure

Have someone hold the balloon garland in place. Stretch the balloon bracelet around the closet balloon. Gently guide the bracelet around the balloon and down to the neck of the balloon.

STEP 3:

Step Three: Fluff and Finish

The mini balloons should be toward the front of the balloon garland and can be easily repositioned to achieve the look you like best. Move the mini balloons slightly to fill in any little gaps or move towards the front of the garland.
